For years, I looked fine on the outside, but inside I was struggling with fear, anxiety and cycles I couldn’t seem to break. 

At the time, I didn’t truly know Jesus yet, so I was trying to carry everything on my own — wanting peace, healing, and answers but looking for it in all the wrong things, and still feeling stuck, overwhelmed, depressed, and tired of just trying to get through another day.

Maybe you know that feeling, too.

My healing and transformation didn’t happen overnight. It’s been a journey of learning how to let go of past hurt and shame, forgiveness, and walking with God one step at a time. Little by little, things began to change from the inside out.

Now I’m passionate about helping other women who feel trapped, emotionally drained and spiritually exhausted, find hope, healing, freedom and peace.

Because of what God has done in my life, I know that no matter how lost, broken, or stuck you feel right now — there is a way out.
